Delete Your Pet Tycoon Onet Classic Account
This page explains how users of Pet Tycoon Onet Classic on Android or iOS can request deletion of their account and associated data. You can use this page even if you no longer have the app installed.

Use the subject Pet Tycoon Onet Classic Account Deletion Request. Please include:
- The email address or user ID associated with your account, if available.
- Your in-game name and whether you use Android or iOS.
- Confirmation that you want the account and associated data permanently deleted.
We may contact you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.
Data We Delete
After verification, we will delete or de-identify account data held by our game service, including:
- Account profile and sign-in linkage.
- Cloud-synced progress, settings, virtual items, and saved gameplay data.
- Other personal data linked to the account.
Data We May Retain
Limited information may be kept where needed for security, fraud prevention, financial records, disputes, or legal obligations. Google Play and the Apple App Store may retain purchase records under their own policies.
Android and iOS Purchases
The deletion request is the same for Android and iOS. If you have an active subscription, deleting your game account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel it. Manage or cancel billing in Google Play on Android or in Apple Subscriptions on iOS.
Processing Time and Local Data
Verified requests are normally processed within 30 days. Backup copies and security logs may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion or overwriting, unless a longer period is required by law.
Deleting an account does not remove local data from your device. You can remove local app data using your device's app storage controls or by uninstalling the app.
